How Node Fieldcore collects, uses, stores, and protects enquiry and workshop information under Thai law.

Controller and information collected

Node Fieldcore is the data controller for this site and our Bangkok workshops. Contact us at contact@node-fieldcore.click or Level 7, 82 Rama IX Road, Bangkok 10310.

We collect information you submit: name, email, optional preferred date, selected session, message, booking correspondence, payment confirmation, and charts voluntarily provided for private review. We also receive limited technical records needed to serve and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser type, and error logs. We do not ask for brokerage credentials, account balances, government IDs, or financial portfolio details.

We use enquiry data to respond and take steps toward a requested booking; participant records to perform our workshop agreement; transaction records to meet accounting and legal duties; and limited security logs for our legitimate interest in reliable operation. Optional analytics, if introduced, will depend on consent. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated trading or credit decisions.

Sharing and international transfers

Information may be processed by providers supporting email, hosting, video calls, and accounting, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection commitments. A provider may process information outside Thailand. Where required, we use contractual safeguards and assess the receiving country’s protections. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required or necessary to protect lawful rights.

Retention and security

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Booking, invoice, and tax records are retained for the period required by Thai law, generally up to 10 years. Private-review chart files are deleted 90 days after feedback is delivered unless you request earlier deletion. Security logs are generally held for 90 days. We use access controls, limited staff access, and secure provider accounts, but no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing; and complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee. Email your request to contact@node-fieldcore.click. We may ask for proportionate verification and normally respond within the legal timeframe.
