Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or booking a Node Fieldcore session, you accept these terms. Participants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate booking information. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the site or register for a workshop.
Education, not financial advice
Our workshops, chart reviews, articles, workbooks, and discussions are educational. They do not constitute investment, tax, legal, or financial advice; a recommendation to buy or sell; a signal service; or a promise of performance. Markets involve substantial risk. You remain responsible for research, decisions, accounts, and losses. Instructors may discuss historical examples but do not execute trades or manage funds.
Booking and conduct
A form submission is an enquiry. A booking becomes confirmed when Node Fieldcore sends written confirmation and receives the stated payment. Participants must follow room safety instructions, respect other attendees, avoid recording without consent, and refrain from live trading that disrupts class. We may remove a person for harassment, unlawful conduct, or material disruption; refund eligibility then follows the refund policy.
Intellectual property
The Node Fieldcore name, original workbook, exercise sequence, annotations, site text, and teaching materials belong to Node Fieldcore or its licensors. A paid participant receives a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for private study. Reproduction, resale, publication, classroom reuse, recording, or distribution requires prior written permission. You retain rights in charts and notes you submit and grant us only the limited permission needed to review them.
Availability and third parties
We may correct schedules, typographical errors, or fees before a booking is confirmed. Links and public images may lead to third-party services with separate terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Node Fieldcore is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect loss, or decisions made from educational material. Our aggregate liability for a paid session will not exceed the fee paid for that session. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The parties will first attempt good-faith resolution by contacting contact@node-fieldcore.click; disputes not resolved informally are subject to the competent courts of Thailand. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. We may revise these terms prospectively and will show the effective date above.
